Beryllium, Lithium, Boron
PARTICLEVER measures particles of lightweight elements like beryllium, lithium, and boron.
Particle Boron
Lightweight elements, because they are difficult to analyze, are still little-explored in terms of air pollutants. With regard to professional exposure, beryllium is highly toxic, and forms of residues whose morphological properties may pose a danger (nano or fibers) must be the subject of greater attention.
In order to quantify these lightweight elements, PARTICLEVER uses innovative laser-based technologies and makes it possible to observe the corresponding particles under an electron microscope.
